Linen and Evenweave are terms which are often used interchangeably. Evenweave fabrics are fabrics in which -- theoretically -- the threads per inch are the same for the warp and the weft of the fabric weave, which makes them ideal for all types of counted thread embroidery. Most, but not all, evenweaves are made from linen, which has a nice feel in hand to do hand embroidery.
Most of these fabrics are 55" wide. Because it is unlikely that an individual stitcher would need a 55" wide piece of fabric, we custom cut exactly the size fabric you need. The prices listed are per square inch of fabric. 1"x1" = 1 square inch, 10"x10" = 100 square inches.
Enter the Length and Width of the piece of fabric that you need into the form spaces.
To know how many square inches you need, multiply the Length X Width measurements and enter that amount in the Quantity box (sorry, the website can't do the math for you).
