I love watching crows and always have to laugh at their clever antics. In Spring, they noisily rear their young in the tall trees above our house, but at the end of the summer, they are content with their favorite snacks, the apples on our ancient apple tree. My husband and I live in a cosy home in the country called Appletree Cottage. It was once an old farmhouse, and part of the original orchard still grows in our yard. The year we first moved in, there were not too many apples on this tree, but after careful pruning, there are enough for both us and the crows! - Cathy
